Ceramic Coating in Jacksonville
starting from $499
People come here for coating for two reasons. The paint has gone dull and they want it right again, or it looks good and they want to keep it that way. A coating does both, and it lasts years.
Why people book ceramic coating
Bring the paint back
Dull, swirled paint is corrected before anything is sealed in, so what you get back is paint that looks flawless.
Keep it protected
UV, bugs, bird droppings and water spots land on the coating instead of your clear coat, and come right off.
Washing gets easier
Water beads and runs off instead of drying on the panel, so most of the dirt comes off in the rinse.
What you get
8 to 24 hours in the shop
To do the job properly and let the coating cure we need the vehicle for 8 to 24 hours. We tie time to quality rather than rush a car out.
Full prep before anything is sealed in
A coating locks in whatever is under it. Swirls and etching come out first with a paint correction, and brake dust and everything else bonded to the paint comes off, including hard water spots.
Certified Ethos installers, 5, 7 and 10 year packages
A 5 to 10 year warranty depending on the package you receive. Which one depends on how long you're keeping the car.
100% satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy for any reason with the quality of the job we will redo it free of charge.

Our process
One number before anything starts.
Tell us the car
Year, make and model, and what's bothering you about the paint. That's enough for a number.
Prep, then coat
The paint is cleaned and leveled, then the coating goes on panel by panel and is left to cure.
You pick it up
You see the car in daylight before you take it. If you're not happy, we redo it.

Ceramic Coating questions
How is it different from wax?
Wax sits on the surface and is gone in weeks. A coating bonds to the clear coat and lasts years.
Can you coat a car that already has swirls?
We can, and we'll take them out first with a paint correction. A coating makes the finish under it more visible, so swirls under one are locked in for years.
Do you work on new cars?
Often. A new car has never been properly prepped.
How far do people drive to you for a coating?
Further than they will for tint. We get coating customers from the beaches and from across the river in Mandarin. It's a bigger job on a car somebody plans to keep.
